Genesis Spas & Pool Supply services all our warranty calls (unless more than 60 miles out of Santa Fe, then we may provide qualified repair companies). Many times spas require a simple adjustment that the new owner can do quickly at home. But in any case, our goal is to get your spa back in the groove as quickly as possible. (Weather and holiday conditions can affect our response times - but only briefly).
